There were several Zacks #1 (Strong Buy) stocks in the green on Tuesday as the markets continued to rebound after several weeks in the red.

Fortinet, Inc. (FTNT - Snapshot Report) was one such stock, rising 8.5%.

The company, a leading network security provider, has been surging over the last year as it has delivered 4 consecutive positive earnings surprises.

Its most recent surprise came in late April, in which it reported first quarter EPS of 9 cents, well ahead of the Zacks Consensus Estimate of 6 cents.

Total revenue jumped 34% to $93.3 million, also beating the Zacks Consensus Estimate, which called for revenue of $87.0 million.

Following solid Q1 results, analysts revised their estimates higher for both 2011 and 2012, sending the stock to a Zacks #1 Rank (Strong Buy). Based on consensus estimates, EPS is expected to grow 21% this year and 17% next year.

Fortinet isn't exactly a value stock though. Shares trade at 72x forward earnings, a significant premium to the industry average of 20.1x. Its price to book ratio of 13.3 is also well above its peers at 1.9.

51job, Inc. (JOBS - Snapshot Report) was another Zacks #1 Rank stock on the move Tuesday. Shares were up 8.2% on normal volume.

51job, Inc. provides integrated human resource services in China.

Estimates have been moving significantly higher since the company posted a 21% positive earnings surprise on May 5.

Revenues rose 28% year-over-year to $49.6 million while the gross margin expanded from 64.3% to a whopping 70.5%.

51job is a little pricey too, but a much more reasonable 24x forward earnings. Based on a 5-year projected growth rate of 20%, its PEG ratio is a reasonable 1.2.

Other notable top performing Zacks #1 Rank stocks from Tuesday include: Deer Consumer Products, Inc. (DEER - Snapshot Report), which jumped 13.6%, Pan American Silver Corp. (PAAS - Snapshot Report), which rose 7.7%, and Lydall, Inc. (LDL), which was up 7.1%.
