The fund was incepted in May 1995 and is managed by Kornitzer Capital Management, Inc. The fund's goal is to seek long-term growth of capital. The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in common stocks of companies based in the United States that have substantial operations around the globe. The fund pays distributions from net investment income semi-annually. Distributions from net capital gains are declared semi-annually.
