Fund Description

The fund was incepted in October 1995 and is managed by Phoenix Investment Counsel. The fund seeks long-term capital appreciation by focusing on timely investment themes. The fund invests primarily in stocks of U.S. and foreign companies of any capitalization that the advisor believes are well positioned to benefit from cultural, demographic, regulatory, social, or technological changes worldwide and that offer growth potential. The fund offers dividends semi-annually and capital gains annually.
