Fund Description
|
Incepted in July 1992, Yacktman Asset Management Co. is the investment adviser to the fund. The fund seeks long-term capital appreciation and, to a lesser extent, current income. The fund mainly invests in common stocks of United States companies, some, but not all of which, pay dividends. The fund's investment adviser employs a disciplined investment strategy. They buy growth companies of any size at what they believe to be low prices. This approach combines the best features of 'growth' and 'value' investing. The fund may invest in companies of any capitalization. The fund distributes substantially all of its net investment income and substantially all of its capital gains annually.
