Fund Description

The fund invests, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities and in derivatives and other instruments, including depositary receipts, with similar economic characteristics. It primarily invests in common and preferred stock, and common stock holdings may include China A-shares. It seeks exposure to investments economically tied to at least three countries, including the U.S., and under normal circumstances, invests a percentage of its net assets in investments economically tied to countries other than the U.S. in an amount equal to at least the lesser of (a) 40%, unless market conditions are not deemed favorable, in which case at least 30%, or (b) the percentage of foreign issuers represented in the MSCI World Index minus 10%. Up to 20% may be invested in emerging markets. It may use forwards and options, including for currency hedging and risk mitigation, follows a bottom-up fundamental approach, may consider ESG factors, and does not seek to mirror a benchmark.
