Fund Description

The fund invests at least 80% of net assets in securities of, and depositary receipts represented by, Australian and New Zealand issuers tied economically to Australia or New Zealand by organization, exchange listing, revenue sources, or government issuance/guarantee, and may also consider issuers with local-currency denominated securities. It invests primarily in debt and equity securities across market capitalizations, including common and preferred stock and convertible securities. It may invest in ADRs, EDRs, GDRs and similar instruments, and the depositary receipts in which the fund invests are U.S. dollar-denominated. It may invest in other investment companies, natural resources companies, below-investment-grade debt, and may borrow for cash management, with country weights varying over time.
