Fund Description

The fund invests at least 80% of net assets in securities of global resource companies and instruments tied to global resources, including precious metals (including gold), base and industrial metals, energy, natural resources and other commodities, and concentrates in this area. It may invest without limitation in any single global resources sector, across companies worldwide, including the U.S., any market-cap range, and emerging markets. Utilizing qualitative and quantitative measures, the investment management team selects equity securities it believes represent value opportunities and/or have growth potential. Analysis of financially material risks and opportunities related to ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) factors is a component of the overall investment process. It may use derivatives and foreign currency transactions, write covered calls up to 10% of net asset value, and invest up to 20% in other investment companies, including ETFs, plus money market funds.
