Fund Description

The fund is actively managed and primarily invests in large- and mid-cap common stocks. Under normal circumstances, it invests at least 80% of its Assets in equity securities of U.S. companies that meet the adviser's sustainability criteria and are viewed as sustainable leaders with high-quality, durable franchises that the adviser believes are attractively valued. Using a fundamental, bottom-up process, the adviser applies a proprietary ESG scoring methodology incorporating qualitative factors and subjective judgment, and may weight ESG factors by industry. The fund also uses exclusionary screens and may use futures to manage exposure and liquidity.
