Fund Description

The fund, under normal circumstances, invests at least 80% of its net assets (including borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities of companies whose principal activities are located in the Greater China region, including Hong Kong, the People's Republic of China, Taiwan and certain other countries, and includes securities of emerging market issuers. It may invest in common stocks and depositary receipts, and may invest in China A-shares through the Shanghai and Shenzen - Hong Kong Stock Connect program (China Stock Connect). It may also use a variable interest entity (VIE) structure to gain exposure to certain Chinese companies. It may invest across market capitalizations in companies believed to be undervalued or with long-term growth potential, may emphasize sectors such as communication services and consumer discretionary, and is non-diversified.
