Job Description:
Apply knowledge of Search Engine Optimization to drive more traffic to the site by managing SEO projects & initiatives, aligning marketing campaigns, analyzing ROI, assisting and providing guidance to the editorial / content resources on SEO best practice and techniques, overseeing reporting activities, and collaborating with IT to fulfill all business expectations.

• Knowledge of search engine algorithms
• Keyword Research
• Site-wide and page level audits to identify issues and ensure the site is properly constructed to maximize search engine visibility
• Developing and executing plan for optimizing pages
• Link Building strategy and techniques
• Competitive Analysis
• Ability to create an on-site and off-site content strategy
• Keep up-to-date on SEO strategies/tactics/algorithm shifts.

Requirements:

• 4-year college-level degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years professional SEO experience
• Experience working on large, high-traffic websites
• HTML/CSS experience recommended
• Web-savvy and proficient in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Omniture
• Superior interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to translate analysis into useful managerial reports
• Good multi-tasking abilities and strong initiative
• Financial experience is a plus
• E-commerce experience (in regards to generating revenue through content) is a plus
• Other online marketing experience: social media, email, and PPC are a plus.
