The MAS is responsible for ad-agency relationship management and delivery of successful online (85%) and offline (15%) marketing campaigns

Responsibilities:

• Providing proactive client service; developing strong working relationships with clients
• Developing and implementing campaign marketing and media plans; gaining approval for such plans w/the client
• Coordinating creative materials with writers and designers
• Creative applications include online landing pages, HTML email, offline direct mail, et.al
• Manage implementation of all programs and insure they are executed in a timely and cost effective manner
• Implementation requires interaction with email specialists that run campaigns, Offline list companies and the mail house for offline direct campaigns, and coordination with internal staff members
• Establish campaign tracking procedures for each campaign and provide results reports to clients.

Requirements:

• Three+ years in Digital Media, and 3+ years in Client Services and/or Planning Experience managing key accounts, including analyzing and providing campaign insights
• Working knowledge of offline direct mail
• Experience with multiple digital platforms (display, email, co-reg, etc.)
• Ability to guide clients in developing sound strategies and crystalize business objectives; apply best practices in the campaign implementation and advertising/editorial placements
• Must be able to multitask and set priorities across several projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Experience working across functions and in particular with sales people is key
• Experience with standard Microsoft Business Software applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or greater
• Report to the VRN General Manager.
