![]() Dear Subscriber, Yesterday was pretty much as volatile as it gets, and the afternoon volatility sure worked in our favor. While I would like to announce an end to the selling pressure afflicting the markets, it is simply too early to make such a call. More buyers need to come in and support the rebound. If not, we are likely to see lower lows. Earnings could have an impact on market direction. Keep an eye on what companies are saying about their outlook for the first quarter. The Fed will meet next week. An additional rate cut could be issued, which should be a positive for the markets. As I said last Friday, I am hopeful for a rebound this week. It is too early to say that this was the correct prediction, but yesterday was a step in the right direction. Wishing you prosperity, 1.
