Yesterday, Elizabeth Warren, the head of the Congressional Oversight Panel of the TARP program, called for a “stress-test do-over”.

The timing was ironic given that some banks are being allowed to repay the TARP funds.

However, as Dirk van Dijk explains in the Analyst Blog, a do-over may be necessary given that the original economic assumptions were too optimistic. Read:
