Dear Subscribers,
Well it didn't take long to see if I was right about the pending market decline. However, I'd be lying if I said I thought it would tumble this far this fast. Speeding up its ascent was more rumblings from across the pond as Greece's debt was cut yet again. This sent virtually every stock market across the globe into the red. Of course the question on everyone's mind is where to from here??? I would say that the 50 day moving average is a likely target on the low side. That is just a 3% drop from here at around Dow 10,700. That should offer up stiff support given that most economic indicators in the US are still favorable. Not much reason at this point to head lower than that. And if it did, then I'd back up the truck and buy a lot more US stocks.
