May 06, 2013 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) -- NVR, Inc., a homebuilding and mortgage banking company, announced the grand opening of its Naples single-family home model at Sugar Mill in Pataskala, Ohio, built by NVR's Ryan Homes division.
According to a release, the Sugar Mill community is located in the Southwest Licking Local School District.
Buyers can choose from floorplan designs with up to five bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Both one-story ranch and two-story homes are available, featuring up to 3,800 square feet of living space.
The Naples model shows four bedrooms with a loft and 2.5 baths.
The homes at Sugar Mill are Energy Star Certified. They carry 10-year structural warranties.
