Relative underperformance is a possible bearish sign of underlying fundamental and technical weakness should it continue for an extended period of time. We looked at yesterday's price action of all companies in this peer group and measured their performance against one another. Cheesecake Factory (NASDAQ:CAKE) ranks first with a loss of 0.98%; McDonald's (NYSE:MCD) ranks second with a loss of 0.83%; and Yum! Brands (NYSE:YUM) ranks third with a loss of 0.77%.
