NOTICE TEXT: Department of the Treasury Internal Revenue Service (IRS) National Office Procurement (OS:A:P) The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) National Office Procurement has issued a sole source Task Order to International Business Machines (IBM) for Return Review Program (RRP) services. This is an automated system with capability to detect, resolve, and prevent criminal and civil non-compliance to reduce the issuance of fraudulent Tax returns. The resulting Task Order will be a one year base period, with two (2) one year option period. The Period of Performance (April 27, 2013 through April 26, 2016.
