May 13, 2013 (The Australian - ABIX via COMTEX) -- Morgan Stanley's Arena Investment Management is raising $A75 million through a share issue. The raising will be used to provide a $A20 million buyback for investors in the Arena Childcare Property Fund, which has been frozen since mid-2008. The fund will be subsequently listed on the Australian stock exchange as a $A240 million property fund.
