Cliffs Natural Resources (NYSE:CLF) ranks first with a gain of 3.52%; Allegheny Technologies (NYSE:ATI) ranks second with a gain of 2.81%; and Worthington Industries (NYSE:WOR) ranks third with a gain of 2.27%.
