RACK Cuts Revenue Outlook

Shares of Rackable Systems Inc. (RACK) are down about 14% Tuesday, a day after the company cut its revenue outlook and projected a loss for fiscal 2008. The company now expects an adjusted loss of 8 cents to 16 cents per share on revenue of $275 million to $300 million.

The company stated that the dramatic market downturn impacted the timing of its customers’ buying decisions.
