Value Trader Snags a 31.48% Winner
The Value Trader trading portfolio bagged a nice winner as Force Protection Inc. FRPT - Snapshot Report was sold this week for a big gain of 31.48%. The position was added to the Value Trader portfolio on April 7.
Force Protection manufactures blast-protected vehicles specifically for use in war zones such as Iraq and Afghanistan.
At the time of its addition, Force Protection was trading at 11.4x forward earnings. The company has announced several new million dollar contracts this month which has buoyed the stock.
