Cyberonics Inc. (CL) rose marginally this morning to pressure a short-term level of resistance at $13.80. This Zacks#1 Rank (“Strong Buy”) stock has topped the average forecast in each of the last 4 quarters with an average surprise of 162.50%, or 5 cents per share.
