It has been reported the Steve Jobs, CEO of Apple Inc. (AAPL), had a liver transplant about two months ago, possibly due to cancer that may have spread from the pancreas.

Mr. Jobs may require continued treatment such as blood thinners and chemotherapy. Such treatments are not easy on the body and may prevent a full return to work.

However, as we have mentioned, Apple Inc. is more than one person. There are certainly a number of creative people that can carry on the traditions established by Mr. Jobs.
