CF Industries More Likely to Eat than Be Eaten

Recent information from the Canadian Competition Bureau is indicating that CF Industries (CF - Analyst Report) is more likely to be buying Terra (TRA - Snapshot Report) rather than Agrium (AGU - Analyst Report) buying CF Industries.

They have received a "no action" letter from the Bureau, which is an unofficial stamp of approval for the purchase of Terra. Additionally, Agrium has withdrawn its notice two consecutive times. Its notice with the Bureau has not been re-filed for four weeks.
