Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. has recently secured an architect-engineering (A-E) 2013 design and construction services (DCS) contract from the Air Force Civil Engineer Center (‘AFCEC’) based at Texas. The estimated gross value of the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity is $950 million.

Per the deal, Jacobs will offer Title I, Title II, and other A-E services to assist in military family housing (‘MFH’), sustainment, military construction (‘MILCON’), restoration and modernization (‘SRM’) programs of the Air Force Civil Engineer Center.
