Read MoreHide Full Article

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (ICE - Free Report) recently unveiled the expanded ICE Data Services. The service extension will bring together proprietary exchange data, valuations, analytics, desktop tools and connectivity solutions from across Intercontinental Exchange and the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), Interactive Data and SuperDerivatives.

In Dec 2015, the securities exchange purchased Interactive Data. The latest event is another step toward the ongoing integration process of Interactive Data.

The services offered by ICE Data Services include proprietary data from both the company and NYSE’s 11 global exchanges. The company’s Data Services offers desktop and trading tools among other services, which are customized to match the workflow requirements of a wide range of clients. The clients include global financial institutions, asset managers and individual investors, to name a few.

With the markets becoming rapidly automated, Intercontinental Exchange identified the increasing demand for exchange data. As a result, the securities exchange established its ICE Data subsidiary in 2003. The company remains focused in investing in data services to meet the growing needs of customers associated with regulatory reform, market fragmentation, passive investing and indexation, along with increased demand for data capacity and security, and independent valuations.

Intercontinental Exchange’s clients will now receive more comprehensive and enhanced market views owing to the combination of a wide range of proprietary data services and analytics. The company remains committed toward offering neutral and effective workflow solutions across different markets amid a volatile market environment.

The company undertakes investments and innovations that in turn enable  its customers to take prudent decisions pertaining to operations, risk management as well as trading.

ICE Data Services offers a combination of industry-leading fixed income evaluations and reference data using resources from Intercontinental Exchange and NYSE’s global exchanges, as well as technology-driven data tools. We expect the customers’ needs for complete and mission-critical data, required for the front, middle and back offices, to be met through more such service expansions.
