Logitech (LOGI - Analyst Report) launched four new speaker systems Z320, Z323, Z520 and Z523 with 360 degree surround sound features. This feature makes it impossible to miss a beat wherever the listener is in the room. Sound waves transmitted by these new systems suffer minimal acoustic losses.

The Z523 system has two satellite speakers and delivers 40 watts of power. It has 6.5 inch subwoofer and has on-speaker controls to adjust the volume.

The Z323 system has 30 watts of power and is able to deliver a deep, bold sound output. Both Z523 and Z323 speakers include an integrated dual RCA jack and a 3.5 mm jack for headphones.

New stereo multimedia speakers Z520 and Z320 are supplied without a subwoofer. The Z520 has an amplified two-way design and 26 watts of power.

The Z320 speaker system is ideal for laptops and can fit into any small enclosure. It delivers 10 watts of power.

Z320 and Z323 are expected to be available in U.S. and European markets for $69.99 in August and September 2009 respectively.  Z523 is already available in U.S and Europe currently for $99.99. Z520 is also available at $129.99. The various price points of these systems would help expand LOGI’s customer base.

A Swiss company focused on innovation and quality, Logitech sells products in almost every country in the world. Logitech’s innovation now encompasses a wide variety of personal peripherals (both cordless and corded), with special emphasis on products for PC navigation, gaming, Internet communications, digital music and home-entertainment control. Prime competitors are Royal Philips Electronics (PHG - Analyst Report), Microsoft (MSFT - Snapshot Report) and Apple (AAPL - Analyst Report).
