UTC Aerospace Systems, a division of United Technologies Corp. , recently announced that it was chosen to deliver its Cloud Cap Technology TASE400 Long Range Spotter (LRS) imaging system to the Tulare County Sheriff's Office in California, which will be incorporated in the air support aircraft.
This system will be used in the department's airplane to assist Tulare County authorities during emergency situations. This infrared imaging system will help track objects in poor visibility conditions, providing better security.
The TASE400 LRS’s highly advanced imaging system will help improve efficiency for better protection and enhanced deputy safety.
Currently the company provides its services to law enforcement agencies, with approximately 25 TASE imaging systems in operation in the U.S. In addition to its highly advanced imaging system, the TASE400 LRS also has a user interface software tool, which assists operators in recording and disseminating important data.
UTC Aerospace Systems continues to work toward enhancing its products per the changing needs of its clients. This will help the company gain more such contracts going ahead, in-turn positively impacting its top-line.
