Alliance Data to Enhance Amica's Digital Marketing Strategy

Epsilon, an Alliance Data Systems Corporation company, recently inked a multi-year deal with Amica Mutual Insurance Company to manage email marketing strategy and execution of the latter.

Lincoln, RI-based Amica is the oldest mutual insurer of automobiles in the United States. The company, which has been operational for more than a century, ranks among the top 25 providers of automobile and home insurance products.

Per the agreement, Epsilon will manage the permission-based email marketing, including creative, strategy and analytics and deploying communications of Amica’s customers through its exclusive Agility Harmony platform. Epsilon will also focus on customer acquisition and retention along with building loyalty. Moreover, the Alliance Data unit will help in cross-selling insurance products.

Amica, on the other hand, will leverage Epsilons’ expertise to enhance digital marketing capabilities. The company stands to gain from Epsilon’s expertise and better knowledge about the insurance industry. The duo will work towards to improve Amica’s contact strategy and introduce real-time, transactional and personalized communications to enhance customer satisfaction.

Epsilon continues to deliver solid numbers with revenues increasing 5% in the last reported quarter. We expect its business gain momentum on the back of strategic deals like the one mentioned above. Such initiatives should also help Epsilon to achieve 7% growth in revenues as well as EBITDA.
