Thrivent Income A (LUBIX - Free Report) seeks a high level of income and growth of capital for the long run. LUBIX invests more than 65% of its assets in investment-grade preferred stocks and debt securities. The fund invests generally in asset-backed securities, corporate bonds, mortgage-backed securities and government bonds. Thrivent Income A has returned 5.8% year to date.

LUBIX has an expense ratio of 0.77% compared with the category average of 0.79%.

Thrivent Limited Maturity Bond Fund A (LBLAX - Free Report) seeks a high level of income. LBLAX invests the lion’s share of its assets in preferred stocks or debt securities that are rated in the Baa or BBB categories. The fund focuses primarily on bonds with maturities between one and five years. Thrivent Limited Maturity Bond A has year-to-date (YTD) returns of 2%.
