Cohen & Steers Realty Shares (CSRSX) invests at least 80% of its assets in real-estate companies. The real-estate fund may invest up to 20% of its assets in foreign firms and also purchase shares of real-estate investment trusts. It is a no-load fund.

The real-estate fund has a minimum initial investment of $1000 and an expense ratio of 1.35% compared to a category average of 1.45%.
DWS RREEF Real Estate Securities A (RRRAX) invests mostly in real estate equity securities. At least 80% of the fund’s assets are invested in real estate investment trusts and companies. The fund has averaged more than 11% annually over the last ten years.
