Harley-Davidson (HOG) Q3 Earnings and Revenues Top Estimates (Revised)

Harley-Davidson (HOG - Free Report)  came out with quarterly earnings of $0.68 per share, beating the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $0.48 per share. This compares to earnings of $0.40 per share a year ago. These figures are adjusted for non-recurring items.

This quarterly report represents an earnings surprise of 41.67%. A quarter ago, it was expected that this motorcycle maker would post earnings of $1.35 per share when it actually produced earnings of $1.45, delivering a surprise of 7.41%.

Over the last four quarters, the company has surpassed consensus EPS estimates four times.

Harley-Davidson, which belongs to the Zacks Automotive - Domestic industry, posted revenues of $1.12 billion for the quarter ended September 2018, surpassing the Zacks Consensus Estimate by 1.98%.
