Prudential Global Real Estate A (PURAX - Free Report) seeks income and capital growth. The fund invests heavily in equity securities of real estate companies as well as real estate investment trusts (REITs) and other real estate securities. Prudential Global Real Estate A has three-year annualized returns of 6.9%.

Prudential QMA Small-Cap Value A (TSVAX - Free Report) invests a bulk of its assets in equity securities of small-cap companies whose market cap falls within the range of either the Standard & Poor's SmallCap 600 index or the Russell 2000 index.
