IGT Offers New Games

ShareA leader in designing, manufacturing and marketing games, International Game Technology (IGT) announced to launch new games and network system products at the 2010 Oklahoma Indian Gaming Association Tradeshow (OIGA) that will be held on August 23and 24 in Tulsa.
The company’s part of the total revenue is generated from direct product sales to casino operators around the world. The company will offer sbX management solution that will allow casino operators access its game library and bring customized player experiences, using its Service Window.
International Gameis also one of the largest operators of proprietary gaming systems, as well as a leading supplier of microprocessor-based gaming devices, including video poker machines and themed video and reel-spinning slot machines.
International Game’s game line-up includes MegaJackpots games such as American Idol on The Center Stage Series, Star Wars Droid Hunt, Alice's Adventures in Wonderland and Super Nova Blast.
International Game will also release its latest video gaming machines and new video games include Siberian Storm, The Little Shop of Horrors, Cougarlicious and Double Diamond Reel MultiPLAY.
The company is a leader in video poker games and will release Five Star Poker, Texas Hold 'Em Heads Up Poker and Double Super Times Pay Poker, among others.
The company’s electronic table games using its M-P Series, under which the operator can increase the number of players wagering on a single game, will include Roulette Evolution and Triple Towers Greyhound Racing.

Innovative and technologically advanced products have given IGT a strong relative position in the market. The company grows revenues through new gaming development, product upgrades and market expansion.
A rising demand for advanced slot machines through accelerated replacement sales, combined with the urge among companies to develop new games, should drive growth at IGT going forward.
Gaming technology is constantly changing, with a significant evolution expected in the industry over the next five years. We believe IGT is well positioned to benefit from the recovering economic environment as more casinos seek to upgrade their games and systems.
Moreover, higher average selling prices (ASPs) for games, improvement in game offerings and increased licensing of new systems will drive growth in 2010.
The company faces tough competition from Bally Technologies Inc. (BYI) and WMS industries Inc. (WMS). Further, a weak third quarter 2010 results, declining shipments and legitimacy of electronic charitable bingo machines in Alabama are current headwinds.
We have a neutral recommendation on IGT over the long term. Currently, IGT has a Zacks Rank of #3, which implies a Hold rating on a short-term basis.
