• Morgan Stanley (NYSE:MS - Analyst Report) initiated coverage of Cree (NASDAQ:CREE - Snapshot Report) with an "overweight" rating and a price target of $75

• UBS (NYSE:UBS - Snapshot Report) downgraded Medtronic (NYSE:MDT - Analyst Report) from "buy" to "neutral," and lowered the price target from $53 to $33
