Fidelity Real Estate Income (FRIFX) seeks above-average income with a secondary objective of capital appreciation. The fund focuses on acquiring common and preferred stocks of real estate investment trusts. It also invests in debt securities from the real estate sector as well as other asset-backed securities. The fund returned 22.33% over the last one year period.

The Fidelity mutual fund has a minimum initial investment of $2,500 and an expense ratio of 0.96% compared to a category average of 1.50%.

Fidelity Capital & Income (FAGIX) invests in both equity and debt, with a greater emphasis on lower-rated debt securities. It may consider for investment companies with comparatively poor financial strength. It returned 23.31% in the last one year and has a three year annualized return of 9.46%.

Mark Notkin is the fund manager and he has managed this Fidelity mutual fund since 2003.

Fidelity Global Balanced (FGBLX) seeks both current income and capital appreciation. The fund invests in both equity and debt securities issued from any country. The relative size of the region as compared to the global market is considered while selecting investments from the area. The fund has a five year annualized return of 6.74%.

As of September 2010, this Fidelity mutual fund held 810 issues, with 2.62% of its total assets invested in France (Govt Of) 3.5%.

Fidelity Select Utilities (FSUTX) invests the majority of its assets in utility companies or those deriving a large share of their revenues from operations in this sector. It is non-diversified and may purchase foreign securities. It may also invest a large share of its assets in a single issuer. It is a no-load fund.

Fidelity Nordic (FNORX) seeks capital appreciation over the long term. The fund invests at least 80% of its assets in Danish, Finnish, Swedish and Norwegian securities. It may also invest up to 35% of its assets in a sector that makes up more than 20% of the Nordic regional market. The fund has a ten year annualized return of 4.87%.

The Fidelity mutual fund has a minimum initial investment of $2,500 and an expense ratio of 1.12% compared to a category average of 1.73%.
