• Chinese jewelry company Fuqi International, Inc. (NASDAQ:FUQI - Snapshot Report) again delayed the filing of its restated 2009 results, citing an internal investigation of cash transfers. Reacting to the news, Fuqi International Inc.’s shares fell 18%

• Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co (NYSE:GT - Analyst Report) said it is making a public offering of $435 million of mandatory convertible preferred stock

• Barclays Capital analysts upgraded Babcock & Wilcox Co (NYSE:BWC - Snapshot Report) to “Equal weight” rating, increasing the target price from $29.00 to $33.00

• Wedbush analysts started coverage on American Superconductor Corporation (NASDAQ:AMSC - Analyst Report) with a “Neutral” rating and a target price of $25
