• Shares of Omnicare, Inc. (NYSE:OCR) fell 8.9%, the highest in the last eight months, following news that Chief Executive Officer, John Figueroa has resigned. John Workman, President and Chief Financial Officer will serve as interim CEO

• Zynga, Inc. (NASDAQ:ZNGA) declined 8.3% after The Wall Street Journal reported that Facebook, Inc.’s (NASDAQ:FB) growth has slowed down primarily in the U.S. The lion’s share of Zynga’s revenue come from games played on Facebook

• Shares of Centene Corp. (NYSE:CNC) plunged by 22.2% after the Medicaid insurer said increasing medical costs in the states of Kentucky and Texas have forced it to lower its full year earnings forecast

• Ampio Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:AMPE) gained 8.7% after it announced positive results from a clinical trial of Optina, a new diabetes related drug
