Country Style Cooking Restaurant Chain Co. Ltd. is a quick service restaurant chain in China. The Company directly operates all of its restaurants for effective quality control and operational efficiency. Its standard menu features its most popular main dishes prepared in the Sichuan style as well as a wide selection of other dishes, appetizers, desserts and beverages. It periodically offers new dishes and seasonal menu selections to attract more customer visits. It purchase ingredients from suppliers based on the quality of their sample ingredients and their understanding of its business and requirements. For each dish, it develops and prepares a proprietary sauce package based on the recipe it has developed to cater to popular customer tastes in China. Each dish is then freshly prepared in batches. Country Style Cooking Restaurant Chain Co. Ltd. is based in Chongqing, China.
