CEC Entertainment, Inc. is engaged in the family restaurant/entertainment center business.  The Company operates Chuck E. Cheese's Pizza restaurants. Chuck E. Cheese's restaurants offer a variety of pizza, a salad bar, sandwiches and desserts and feature musical and comic entertainment by life-size, computer-controlled robotic characters, family oriented games, rides and arcade-style activities. The restaurants are intended to appeal to families with children between the ages of 2 and 12.
