            Company Description
        
Valero L.P., formerly Shamrock Logistics LP, owns and operates most of Ultramar Diamond Shamrock's crude oil and refined product pipeline, terminalling, and storage assets that support the McKee, Three Rivers, and Ardmore refineries and its marketing operations located in Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado, New Mexico, and Arizona. The crude oil pipelines deliver crude oil and other raw materials, such as gas oil and normal butane.
