PVR Partners, L.P. owns and operates a network of natural gas midstream pipelines and processing plants, and owns and manages coal and natural resource properties. The Company operates in two segments, Coal and Natural Resource Management, and Natural Gas Midstream. Its coal and natural resource management segment primarily involves the management and leasing of coal properties and the subsequent collection of royalties. Its natural gas midstream segment is engaged in providing natural gas processing, gathering and other related services. PVR Partners, L.P., formerly known as Penn Virginia Resource Partners, L.P., is headquartered in Radnor, Pennsylvania.
