The company offers a wide range of real estate services, including agency leasing and tenant representation, property management, advisory and consulting services under its Market Advisory segment. The Capital Markets segment offers investment sales, debt/equity advisory, loan servicing and valuation advisory and the Work Dynamics business offers a broad suite of integrated services to occupiers of real estate, including facility and project management, as well as portfolio and other services.
JLL’s LaSalle segment provides services to institutional investors and high-net-worth individuals. It has invested on behalf of clients in real estate assets in 28 countries worldwide as well as in public real estate companies traded on all the major stock exchanges. As of Dec 31, 2023, LaSalle had $73.9 billion in real estate assets under management (AUM).
With annual revenues of $20.8 billion, JLL is a Fortune 500 company, having operations in more than 80 countries and a global workforce of more than 106,000. The company is an industry leader in property and corporate facility management services.
In April 2023, JLL acquired a North Carolina-based derivatives and structured finance advisory firm, Kensington Capital Advisors. This buyout also includes Frame Financial Systems (Frame), a technology platform, which will enable JLL to offer commercial real estate investor clients a proprietary "software with a service" ("SwaS") debt portfolio reporting and analytics solution.
