Must have bought and sold a minimum of 10 stock recommendations from the service.
The client must show full brokerage account trading documentation for the period in question.
The aggregate performance (i.e. realized losses or gains) of such Zacks Premium stocks, as measured by the relative rise and fall in market price, is less than the performance of the S&P 500 during the time period these stocks were held in the client’s account.
