Fund Description

The fund generally is fully invested in stocks included in the MSCI EAFE Index and in futures whose performance is tied to certain countries included in the index, and generally invests in all index stocks. It seeks to match benchmark composition by individual name, country and industry weightings and other characteristics, maintaining approximately the same weighting for each stock as the index. It targets a correlation with the MSCI EAFE Index of at least 0.95, before fees and expenses, and because it has expenses, performance will tend to be slightly lower than the index. It concentrates in industries to approximately the same extent as the index and may at times hold significant exposure to certain countries represented in the index.
