Fund Description
The fund was incepted in September 1995 and is managed by Green Century Capital Management, Inc. The fund seeks long-term total return which matches the performance of an index comprised of the stocks of 400 companies selected based on social and environmental criteria. The fund invests substantially all of its assets in the Domini Social Index Portfolio (the Index Portfolio), which invests in the stocks, which make up the Domini 400 Social Index. The Index is comprised of the common stocks of 400 companies and is screened based on social and environmental criteria. The fund normally declares dividends semi-annually and capital gains annually.
