Fund Description

The fund seeks to achieve its objective by investing, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of net assets in equity securities, primarily common stocks of non-U.S. companies in developed or emerging markets, and may invest in depositary receipts. Emerging markets exposure will not exceed the greater of 35% of net assets or the benchmark's emerging-markets weight (MSCI ACWI ex USA Index). It primarily targets large-cap companies but may invest in any size and may invest up to 100% of total assets in foreign securities. It uses bottom-up fundamental analysis and valuation-focused security selection, may use forward contracts to manage currency exposure, and may use an affiliate for trade execution and quantitative support.
