Fund Description

The fund follows an aggressive strategic allocation, diversifying among equity securities, bonds and money market instruments to seek long-term capital growth with a small amount of regular income. It emphasizes equities while maintaining allocations to fixed income and cash equivalents, with a neutral mix of 79% stocks, 20% bonds and 1% money markets and operating ranges of 60-90%, 10-30% and 0-15%, respectively. It may invest in U.S. or foreign equities meeting certain standards using growth, value and quantitative techniques across company sizes. Fixed income focuses on investment-grade debt, may hold up to 10% below investment-grade, and can include bank loans and collateralized debt obligations. It may use affiliated funds and ETFs and derivatives such as options, futures and swaps.
