The Cinnamon Nut Renola variety contains nuts like almonds, pecans, cashews, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and raisins. Cinnamon Nut Renola also includes cinnamon and pure vanilla extract. Berry Renola contains a combination of nuts, cinnamon and molasses with dried blueberries.
