JPMorgan Total Return A (JMTAX - Free Report) seeks to offer a high level of return. JMTAX normally invests up to 65% of its assets in investment-grade bonds and almost 35% of its assets in foreign debt securities. The fund may also invest nearly one-fourth of its assets in securities that are non-dollar denominated. JPMorgan Total Return A fund has a three-year annualized return of 2.8%.

As of October 2016, JMTAX held 915 issues, with 3.34% of its assets invested in Freddie Mac Gold Single Family TBA 3.5% 2046-11-01.

JPMorgan Small Cap Value R5 (JSVRX - Free Report) invests the majority of its assets in common stocks of small-cap companies. Small-cap companies are the ones with a market-cap similar to those in the range of the Russell 2000 Value Index. JSVRX seeks appreciation of capital for the long run. JPMorgan Small Cap Value R5 fund has a three-year annualized return of 8.5%.

JSVRX has an expense ratio of 0.90% compared with the category average of 1.33%.

JPMorgan Realty Income A  seeks high total investment return through a combination of capital appreciation and current income. URTAX invests the majority of its assets in equity securities of real estate investment trusts (REITs). URTAX may invest in both equity REITs and mortgage REITs. The fund may also invest a maximum 15% of its assets in illiquid holdings. JPMorgan Realty Income A fund is non-diversified and has a three-year annualized return of 11%.
